A Good Life Assisted Living opened its doors in Baltimore in 2020. We're family-owned and family-run, and we treat every resident the way we'd want our own family to be treated.
The model is simple: a small community, a strong team, an owner who's on-site, and care delivered with patience and consistency. That combination is what families remember — and what makes the difference between a "place" and a real home.

Partnerships
Towson University connection.
A Good Life partners with Towson University's Department of Occupational Therapy and Occupational Science. OT students spend real time in our home — running engagement activities, working on cognitive stimulation, and gaining the kind of experience textbooks can't teach. Our residents benefit from their enthusiasm and energy.

I'm Aaron Payne, owner of A Good Life Assisted Living, where my focus is simple: providing safe, compassionate, and personalized care in a true home-like environment. With years of experience in senior care and healthcare operations through both assisted living and home care, I understand how important trust, communication, and consistency are for families.
My goal is to create a setting where residents feel comfortable, respected, and genuinely cared for every day. At A Good Life, we believe quality care starts with treating every resident like family.
